Situated at North Island College’s Comox Valley campus, the design-build new student housing is the college’s inaugural on-campus residences. The approx. 105,000 sq.ft. housing complex incorporates First Nations culture and heritage in the design. Constructed using a combination of mass timber and light wood framing the high-performance buildings emphasize sustainability and energy efficiency.
