The three-storey addition of approx. 13,000 SF to the existing school building provides classrooms, circulation and gathering spaces, library/learning commons, an art studio and STEAM spaces. The envelope systems include split insulated concrete/steel stud wall with brick masonry, high performance curtainwall and sloped glazing (skylights), and conventional roof assembly.
